In September, Fr. Michael will continue to offer a study series through our Orthodox Christian Book Club. This Fall, we will be reading: "With Pain & Love for Contemporary Man," written by Elder Paisios, a spiritual father from Mount Athos. The book offers practical spiritual instructions for all those who desire to engage actively to practice the Orthodox faith in the 21st century. The book will be available through our parish bookstore and/or at www.StHerman.com.

The book club will meet on alternating Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm-8:30pm. Father Michael will conduct the study and faciliate the discussion. You may enroll in the Book Club by sending an email to Fr. Michael at champaignpriest@aol.com. There is no fee outside of the cost for the book.
